In 2008, Atlantic Spirits and Wines merged with Charles R. Bell Group's Alcohol Division

Since that time, the brand has been helping bring some of the world's most iconic beverages to consumers across Atlantic Canada.

With a team that spans across all four provinces, our 'boots-on-the-ground' approach means we have real relationships with the restauranteurs, the bartenders, the small business owners, and the liquor boards across this beautiful region.

Charles R. Bell takes an equity position in Atlantic Spirits and Wines to create the largest Atlantic owned Independent Beverage Alcohol Sales Agency in Atlantic Canada.

Wine Visions Acquisition

ASWL acquires Wine Visions to expand it's premium wine offerings.
